I do not think Swift 3D has a wireframe export features, but you can press the Print Screen button and paste the image into an image editor. You will be able to manipulate it like you would any other image. That is the best way that I know of doing it. You could also import the Swift 3D swf into Flash, and let Flash export the movie as a sequence of images.

Did your friend eventually get the visa ? After how long ?
Yes, a friend of mine was not given her VISA they did not say denial instead said they needed to further confirm her qualifiactions and field of research. This is bc she works in boitech and at that point there was the anthrax scare.

I think you should send a copy of the 485 Receipt notice.. This is a classic, Right hand not knowing what the left hand does situation with USCIS..
I received an RFE for my EAD renewal.
It says "Please submit proof that you have filed an I-485 Application"
I have a copy of my receipt of I-485. Would that be enough to send? Why would they ask for proof of I-485? This is my second EAD renewal.
Please let me know.

I applied for Labor in EB2 category in Oct 2007. It was pending for 2 yrs and 2 days back my employer mentioned that they see my Labor status as denied and that they have not received any denial letter yet.
My H1 will expire in early Jan 2011, so I practically have around 365 days from now to apply for a new Labor. My questions are
1. Should I re-appeal?
2. Do Labors get approved in re-appeal?
3. Can I start a new Labor application with the same employer simultaneously?
4. What�s a safe category to apply at this point in time. EB2 or EB3?

Agree with Hpandey, in this situation, 245K would help and any out of status period is counted only from the time after his latest entry, any out of status periods before that do not matter. Even without 245K i dont think the USCIS will make a big deal of this or even notice, but you never know.

My PD is Oct 2004 .Received I-140 RFE Ability to pay.RFE date Jan 2nd 2009.They have asked for Tax returns for 2006 and 2007 (2004 and 2005 were submitted during filing).They have mentioned that we also have the option to submit W2 ,Audited statements or Annual reports.The company is a small company with 20-30 employees and is doing pretty well .For 2004 ,2005 and 2006 their net incomes is about 3-4 times my proffered wage.But there is an issue for the 2007 return.Their year ends in June and hence 2007 return was due on September 2007 for which they have filed an extension.Hence returns are not due till March 2009.RFE has to be responded to by Feb 2nd.They have paid an estimated tax of about 34000-35000 .My proffered wages are 52000.Hence if one calculates the estimated income it is in line with the previous years and is about 3 times my wages.But there is no return only extension notice and proof of taxes paid .I do not work for them right now and have no W2.They do not have any audited statement or annual report.I am trying to get them to give me a statement from their CPA stating estimated revenues,net income and tax for 2007 but I am being given the run around.If I were to submit only with the 2006 return and 2007 extension filed with proof of tax paid is it OK or do i most definitely need that letter from their CPA.I doubt I can get anything more than the CPA letter and that too is doubtful.Business owner perceives CPA letter not needed attorney states needed.I am in a limbo.Please help .Do I also need statement showing income from July 2008 through December 2008 to show current ability to pay as advised when they have asked only for 2006 and 2007 returns.PLEEEASE HELLP AND GIVE YOR ADVISE.

Hello folks !

I came to US on H1B visa in 2004 and then my previous visa expired in 2006 and I have extended that visa but do not have it stamped on my passport as because I have not left USA during this period.
Now, I have changed a job 3 montsh back and my new employer is doing the H1B transfer which is in process. I have received the "receipt number" but yet to get the documents back from USCIS.
At this time, is it possible for me to switch to another job without having the papers from USCIS on the basis of the receipt number alone ? Or do I wait for the papers to come back from USCIS before I can think of switching another job ?
An early response is appreciated...

I think it can be. When starting the employment based GC process, one of the question asked was ... has any family member ever applied for your immigration petition in the past. Just an educated guess... check with an attorney

If someone dont get an LUD, he may still get GC. LUD does guarantee that someone touched your case. From , it appears most guys got GC without LUD's.

I am going to apply for my H1 renewal. I have my I-140 approved and I-485 application pending from Aug 2007. Additionally, being from India, my visa number is retrogressed.
I got my first 3 year H1 extention from 2006-2009. Now I am appllying for my next 3 years H1 extention. However, I am seeing USCIS asking for client letter and copy of contract. Additionally, one employee of my company got renewal for 3 months only, since his project was getting over in 3 months.
My company gets Purchase Orders for 1 year duration only from my client, but I have a intent to renewal for up to 3 years. I am about to enter into my 2nd year of contract.
I am working with my lawyer to present my case the best way to ensure that we get a renewal of 3 years. Here is what my lawyer recently stated

This arises when USCIS issues a request for evidence specifically asking for such items as contracts and work orders.
