I would like to know How to file a complaint about labor fraud? I just found out that my employer didn't file 485 for me and instead he used the labor for someone else. Is there anyway I can file a complaint? I have no other option except to wait until the dates are current again. I paid all the expenses for labor, 140 and 485.
Is he Narendra Mandalpa a.k.a Nick? Yes he does all this fraud all the time and I heard that he got Jail also but unfortunately he got only 20 months and may be he is back and started doing this again?
Or who knows how many Nicks are there in this country. All of these bastards should be deported back to their countries. Sorry to be so harsh but I couldn't fine better word then this for these kind of people in this country.

3) Most importantly the frustration and disappointment from this huge mess.

See, what IV few members have written. I found them again in user control panel along with RED dots. I stopped caring about RED dots.
But, there are some comments that really hurts.

:cool:. That restriction is for immigrants. As a non-immigrant he should be able to bring as many wives as he wants.
Maybe he can look into sub classificastion, H4A for one and H4B for another.
Now, if this person is an IV member, will his contriutions towards IV be two fold??? As whatever IV is trying to achieve will benefit his 2 families

Hi All FP seekers! I do not know what exactly I am missing if there is a delay in FP. It looks like hundreds of IV members are too much worried because of the 'delay' in FP. Let me worry too (by knowing the big problem!). Can any worriers explain??
On the other hand is it not better to have a late FP, so that you need not go again in the next 15 months! Anyway for most people GC is going to take years!
It's the uncertainty of the entire process that kills us...Have seen couple of users whose cases have been erroneoulsy denied since they did not went for their biometrics. Guess what, these users never received any FP notice from USCIS. I tend to partially agree with you; if the PD is no where close to being current, why worry about FP now - it's their responsibility to get us finger printed. But on the other hand, I do not want my case to be erroneously denied because of an error in their processing...
This is just my personal opinion. I am not loosing my sleep over this any more.

Divorce in India takes a minimum 1 year to adjudicate if you were married less than 1 year. Otherwise, it is up to the discretion of the judge. Courts in India require a 'cooling period', with 'counseling / mediation'. Latter is basically a a sham.
That said, as a trained mediator, and negotiator, I would say ... a win-win outcome is always better for all parties. What happens to be 'win-win' is of course subjective.
Good luck in whatever you do! Trust me, things always work out well in the end.
